Month 7/8 - 14M WA BC

Hello Everyone,

I am not sure who else is still with Mel and I on his WA Business Challenge, but I'm delighted to be able to share my experiences with you once again.

It's amazing how fast time flies. This is an update as we wrap up the 7th and head into the 8th month of this exciting adventure.

The past few months have been one of expansion and research. My focus over the last quarter has been on book publishing, and artificial intelligence using chatGPT among others.

I have also been exploring the world of PPC advertising through Kyle’s course. My focus for this has been on setting up both Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

***A word of caution for anyone who has not done this already. Take your time and get help if you should need it as they are both very unforgiving if you make the slightest mistake in setting up your account.***

Navigating Book Publishing

The last two months have been spent learning everything I can about book publishing. From traditional and independent models to cover designs, proofreading, marketing, and more. I am not just interested in self-publishing my own books, but I also want to be able to provide guidance to those who might be interested.

ChatGPT

ChatGPT is powerful tool to enhance our capabilities in content production and service. We are still in the early stages of these AI experiments, but I am hopeful they will lead to new innovations for our businesses.

Google Ads or Microsoft Ads PPC: A Guide

Kyle's PPC Course has been a great way to learn about how to create compelling PPC campaigns for two of the most popular platforms. Understanding keyword research and ad creation has taken a great deal of trial-and-error. Although setting up the campaigns was not without difficulties, the results are worth it. They can drive traffic and boost conversions.

Over the past few months I have pushed the boundaries, stepping outside of my comfort zone, and led down a couple of rabbit holes. Expectedly, there were struggles and challenges. But also, great learning and progress.

In the 2nd half of the Wealthy Affiliate Business Challenge, I am still committed to continue to grow and learn as well as share my journey with you. It is not about getting to the finish line first, it is about making the most of the opportunities along the way and learning from the mistakes made along the way.

I will continue to provide updates throughout this journey. This challenge would not be possible without your participation and support.
