Do you have a circle of trust? There are tens of thousands of affiliate marketers out there. Some are honest (such as WA folk). But there are a heap load who are out to scam you.
Do you just take the say-so of a marketer when he says he's one of the good guys?
I wouldn't recommend that.
I believe this topic is really important especially for beginners who are out there seeking information or even software on how to build their business.
The safe thing to do is stay within the WA community.
But we do live in a world where tempting offers do come along, even from outside your safe space.

Over time, you will learn the ones that you can trust and the ones you should stay far away from...Unforyunately there are more of the latter out there than the former...
Your advice is sound, I would say venture afield with caution...Depending on your niche, there are people that you will want to get to know outside of WA...
Better to start with forums, get a good idea of who is who, see what others are saying and what you see for yourself, and then start making connections...

Thanks Dave, unfortunately is a trap for beginners.
There is a methodology to use.
Cannot do course on it right now.
(Just a youngster at WA).
