Is Wealthy Affiliate Worth It For Beginners
I often hear people ask me, Is Wealthy Affiliate Worth it for Beginners? My answer is always, a resounding YES! How can I be so sure? Let me give you some examples. I was a beginner when I joined in 2013 and I'm still here!
I earn more than enough money from the training I received and the affiliate marketing business I launched from that training, where my yearly membership is essentially free! I also earn a little extra cash from being active.
FREE YEARLY MEMBERSHIP AND EXTRA EARNINGS ON TOP
If making enough money from my chosen niche, is more than what I have to pay every year to stay a member, doesn't that sound like Wealthy Affiliate is worth it? The opportunity to earn from anywhere is a bigger perk.

Once you understand the simple concept of affiliate marketing, you can even earn an income from inside your own car, as long as you have an internet connection. You even have the opportunity to earn without the internet too!
Well you are probably asking, how is that possible? The old tried and true method...a business card with your affiliate link on it. Do not dismiss this way of promotion. I have seen it work and I still use this method.
However, the way the training here in WA guides us, it is to create our very own affiliate marketing websites. Obviously the end result will get more attention from more people than a business card or a stadium ad.

PAID ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE BIG SPENDERS
There are members here in WA that have tried and / or are advertising their affiliate websites on roadside LED billboards. Who hasn't had their attention grabbed by a flashy lit up billboard while driving down the highway?
I'm not recommending that Wealthy Affiliate beginners spend a lot of money on advertisements. You need to first establish your website and that comes after going through the training. Then you need to get your affiliate links.
There is a process you must go through to get to where you want to be. It's like climbing a ladder. You can't just jump to the top. You have to take one step at a time, but it doesn't hurt to think of other ways to promote your brand.

Who knows, maybe Kyle & Carson will one day offer their affiliates to advertise WA on their personal cars, you know, like companies do by having your car wrapped in an advertisement. You can even work from your car.
Regardless of how you promote your brand, Wealthy Affiliate is worth it for Beginners because you will learn of so many ways to earn income from the out of this world training and community, it will excite and motivate you.
The beauty of affiliate marketing is that you can operate your online affiliate marketing business from anywhere in the world or out of this world for that matter. What do you think? Is Wealthy Affiliate Worth It For Beginners?

Very inspirational Boomer
I am proof WA is worth joining especially for those of us with zero experience. If I had not stumbled upon WA years ago, I would not be where I am today
Jeff
That statement also is true for me, Jeff.
Though I had knowledge of what it was like to make money online through eBay, I had absolutely NO knowledge about affiliate marketing.
If I didn't stumble on WA when I did, I also wouldn't be where I am now.
Robert
Thanks for sharing Robert
I take it you like affiliate marketing better than eBay. Are you still using eBay to earn an income along with affiliate marketing?
Jeff
You are welcome Jeff.
Yes, I like affiliate marketing better than eBay. With eBay, even though the size and weight of what I was selling was small, I still had to stock and ship much of it.
Plus when you sell on eBay you have to pay a fee to eBay for every item you put on their platform. Then if it sells they also take a percentage of the final sale price. Then PayPal would take a percentage as well.
It was too much nickel and dime petty fees that made me want to start looking for a way to easily build a website so I could sell my product and avoid all of the eBay fees.
When I stumbled on WA and learned about what affiliate marketing was and how it worked, I never went back to selling on eBay ever again.
Hello Robert
I never knew eBay was such a nickel and dime trap. At one time I thought about trying eBay, but I am happy that I didn't go that route.
Writing content is much more enjoyable for me than anything else I tried in the past. Even though I am not getting a large bank account, I still am happy doing what I am.
Jeff
When I first started on eBay, the fees were very minimal. But a few years after starting, they started to nickel and dime all of their members and it just got to be too much for me.
Though I did make a lot of money and the money came in a lot quicker than affiliate marketing, I don’t miss the hassle and all of the fees that I had with eBay. Writing content for affiliate marketing is far more enjoyable.
I take it eBay's fees grew as their platfom grew. Amazon seems to be going downhill for many affiliates the way I hear it.
If you enjoy what you are doing, that is what is the most important to me
Jeff
Yes, that is what happened to eBay and I am sure that is what is happening to Amazon as well.
I am sure that is what is happening as well. Amazon makes changes to their affiliate rules so often it is hard to keep up with them
Jeff
All very true, WA is definitely worth the membership investment and when we start to earn from our efforts it's even more of a win win situation.
Andy👍
I agree Andy. I reached my win win in my second year here and it has only gotten better since then. Have a great week!

Nice imagery with the WA logo, Robert. I still can't seem to get the WA logo that I integrated correctly.
Myra ♥️
Thanks Myra. It took me a few tries with a couple of different WA logos to finally find one that works.
The plain WA logo that does not have the name under it or the logo where the WA looks like it has a tiled surface, that plain WA logo works best.
Then it is just a matter of you telling image studio how you want to portray the WA logo. I often tell it to make the color, a shiny gold metal or a shiny silver metal.
That makes sense. Thanks for elaborating it to me, Robert. :)
Myra ♥️
My pleasure
