How To Earn Passive Income From Home - How I Do It
Everyone I know, well almost everyone, wants to know how to earn passive income from home without spending a lot of money. My first answer is normally something like, 'you will have to pay something in the form of money AND time.' The latter is unavoidable. Let me explain.
HOW TO EARN PASSIVE INCOME FOR BEGINNERS
If you were to Google, what is passive income, you would get a few definitions that basically mean the same thing. However, I'm going to simplify it for you and tell you my own similar meaning. Passive income is a type of unearned income that is gained with hardly any effort.
That sounds great, doesn't it? Well there is a caveat to that statement and most make money from home opportunities that claim "Passive Income" will not tell you the following. Though it is true you will earn money without much effort, this cannot happen without much effort.
HUH!?! Simply put, in order to make passive income without working hard to gain that money, you need to take the time to learn and set up your business. Your goal is to have a way to earn while sleeping. This is how successful entrepreneurs like Warren Buffet, make their money.
Once you set up the way you will earn this type of income, if done correctly, it will generate payments for you on autopilot. For example, I have an affiliate account with a company that sells an in-demand disposable product and every time a sale is made, I get paid a percentage.
There are a few ways I can advertise these products without having to spend a lot of money. I can verbally tell people where they can buy these items, post links on social media and or create a website with the information. In my opinion it is best to do all three to maximize revenue.
It is also my opinion, and that of many others like myself, that the best passive income for beginners is with Affiliate Marketing. This is a very low-cost approach that can be quite rewarding, because once you are up and running, earning that passive income is automatic.
THE BEST AFFILIATE MARKETING FOR BEGINNERS
There are thousands of companies all over the world with affiliate programs you can join for free and earn passive income. Companies as large as Amazon to smaller ones like TeePublic, offer affiliate programs where you can make money. I find affiliate marketing to be beginner friendly.
Where is the best affiliate marketing for beginners? I highly recommend Wealthy Affiliate for MANY reasons. I know many of you reading this are WA members and are in agreement with this post. However for those of you who are new or not yet a member, it's easy to start at WA.

HOW I MAKE PASSIVE INCOME
When I became a member of Wealthy Affiliate, I had a different viewpoint as to what affiliate marketing really was. I pictured it in my head as something like network marketing or Amway. I was wrong and happily so. Affiliate marketing is the best way for me to make passive income.
After taking the online training at WA and building my first two websites, spending about 6 hours a day Monday to Friday, I was so excited when I got my first passive affiliate marketing income 8 months later. This sale took place at 3:13 am. I was making money while sleeping.
When I checked my email the next morning and saw that affiliate payment email, I KNEW that the WA training really works. From that point on I was searching for various niches I could earn revenue from. I currently have one large and five smaller affiliate commission accounts.
The largest income is $3,000+ per month and the five smaller ones bring in about $500 per month combined. The best part of all this has to do with the fact that I do not have to do anything to make this money. I put the effort in when I started and now I'm on autopilot.
Now I am free to either start up another passive income opportunity or just sit back and enjoy what I am already making. I feel that it is prudent, especially with the uncertainty of the future, to start up another avenue of income. You should never earn income from only one source.

So many people who want to make it big in the online world, working from anywhere with their laptop, often fail to realize that success at that level takes time and dedication.
I have seen many affiliate marketing scams over the years that promise great wealth and prosperity, some saying you can achieve it on autopilot. They fail to realize that claims like these leave out the "work hard" part.
This was one of the reasons I joined Wealthy Affiliate, because they always made the point that you have to put in a solid effort at first, to reap the rewards later. This is why those scams are gone and WA is still here.

You’ve been around a long time. I remember why rayon Moran was like one of the biggest promoters of WA. I’m not sure if he is still around. He was the one that got me interested into WA.
There are still a lot of OG's here at WA. I see their accounts listed within the top 200 ranks. Many are not super active, but they are still here. WA has so much to offer that it just makes sense to stick around, even if it's only for using the hosting and AI tools.

This is very encouraging! I have also tried other affiliate marketing programs, but didn't make money. I have just deleted my accounts with them (including my WA's 2016 account, which I now regret). I agree with you that WA is the best choice, especially if one can afford it, and if one loves to share information.
