Have you tried using a different web browser, just to rule it or an extension out as a cause.
Yes, I tried with Chrome on Windows 10, and Firefox on Ubuntu Linux. Both had the same failure.
Log into your CJ account and then click on Advertisers. In the search field type rehab scout and then click search. Can you join via the link shown there?
I'm not sure what you mean as far as clicking on Advertisers. I have been clicking on Affiliate Programs, searching for Rehab Scout there, and then clicking the Join link from the Rehab Scout page. When I do that, it opens a new window to sign up with CJ Affiliate. And that's as far as I can go. It just takes me back to that page.
I tried to join and get an immediate rejection...I took a screenshot. They say you need to join the PayPerCall network???
Yes, that's something extra, inside of Commission Junction. I've joined that as well. Strange that you were able to log in to CJ. Were you already logged in to CJ when you clicked the join link?
I logged into CJ and then used the Advertisers option at the top. When that loaded I searched for Rehab Scout and tried to join that way.
