Go to the media library and try to upload the image from your computer there. Once in the media library you shouldn't have a problem loading onto your page.

If I google Tiger Woods and select "Images" can I take screen shots of any of those images and use them in my posts on my site?
Good question. and some good answers. I also like pixabay> you may also want to try http://www.freeimages.com/ also very good.

What you can do is search for something...then select images, and all the way to the right (Maps, videos, more...search tools) click on "search tools" then "usage rights".
Here you can now filter for type of image. i.e free to use and modify...free to use commercially..etc.
You should not use just any picture you find on Google, especially of famous people. You can get in trouble for that. You should find stock photos or royalty free photos. Try a site like pixabay.com for free images.
