Yes Sir and even slower with this kid cause I don't want to leave anyone without responding to their kindness and that takes time...worth every second to read and find the mindset of all the talent we can. You are so right. It takes me about three hours to respond to WA and when I am done that there are replies I got to get back to. Finding balance is key and I am still looking for that darn key. What I wonder sometimes is where do people find time to write lengthy blogs, do the training and work on their web page. All the best to you.
