However I was already aware of that video and I was looking for more detailed and precise information in particular from the many experts here (some of them even legal specialists) that might have gone already through the same scenario or that might be able to better interpret the law.

Threrefore beside keeping looking for the answer outside WA I will also keep the question active on this platform.

Moreover it would be nice to have a staight link to the post and not just to the blog/training.

I mean posts (could not use a better word) that members do as reply to anwers or as a comment to blogs/questions of other members.

I think to know what you mean with "depends what your niche is" however if you would like to expand on this we will avoid any misinterpretation. I am considering different niches possibilities and some of them will definetly involve products you can find on Amazon, Ebay and other sellers including private ones.
With regard to the above channels, I still did not made any final product choice and I am quite open to ideas, however I got a pretty good idea on how things should be presented once I decide, and one of those will involve price comparison.
Another niche I am thinking about, even though I recognise it might be very competitive, is the accomodation booking and car rental niche which I suppose (if I understood what you mean) will need a different comparison approach. Looking forward for your and other community replies on the subject.

Okay, so you want to build a site that can give multiple price comparisons from places such as eBay or Amazon, would you include other app development? Or just looking for people to go to websites? What I mean by this is, there are other apps out there for both iOS and Android that can give good price comparisons for shopping. Tons of websites that offer affiliate marketing links to help you as well.

So it sounds like you want to create a website based on products people can buy off multiple websites, but just compare those prices for the best bang for your buck along with shipping?

Hi LunaDStryke, the system should work like this :

1) Product/s review and features summary table on a web page.
2) Once a product is chosen, that link brings to the price comparison page.
3) Once a seller is chosen, that link initiate the sale process (while staying on my website or redirecting to the seller website depending by the seller policy). In both cases the seller (not me) is responsilble for processing the payment and for the delivery of the product. I get an affiliate commission only if the sale completes whithin a certain time frame (and it is not refunded).

By posting here in WA I expect ideally an answer from people that already went through the same problem and that can give a more useful (or even "expert") answer than Google can.
