I know that having video can make pages more interesting but what does it do to our SEO? Is it Good? Bad?Will it hurt you? Especially when it is not your own video that you link to. I am not experienced enough to judge. Any thoughts on this..anybody?

Videos are a good thing on your pages. It helps people to stay on your page and increases the time on site. This is one metric that Google likes.
