Social Networking gave me my best traffic day ever!
I added a guest article on my blog yesterday and then saw it posted on all my networks. Wow. I had 66 views that stayed and went to multiple pages yesterday. I thought I might be spinning my wheels getting all the networks setup.

Congrats are due, but could you explain to me what you mean by a guest article. I'm still new at this.
The way I attach links to pictures is via the link icon in the wordpress editor. it always works for me that way. If you highlight the picture, then click on the link icon in editor bar and then paste the link into the window that comes up when you click on the link editor, it should work. let me know.

Congrats! read the post. Really good. Are you aware that the picture of the book cover at the end clicks into just the picture itself and not to where anything can be purchased? The link below the book does click into another website, tho'. Just want to make sure you knew that. Great stuff and big congrats!!
I actually tried putting the link in the pic but it never pops to the page. Tried first doing it in the advanced settings, then tried putting it in the html code.
If anybody can tell me how to do it right, I would be happy to fix this.
Congrats on the success! Have you made it to the lesson about changing the permalinks of your website? It is a good idea to do so if you have made it through that lesson. If not than just keep moving through them and they will teach you how.

I have permalinks enabled. I have noticed that since the 3.7 update of Wordpress, I get errors in an app that check my site. I use SEOQuake. It will say things are missing, like my google analytics. But it is working fine. I am able to pull up results both on my dashboard and on the analytics page. Not sure how I would fix this.

This is when you allow a guest that is NOT registered on your site to submit a post. There is a plugin available for this. I would want to research this, as I am not sure if this would open you site up to hackers putting stuff on there. I have considered approaching some like-minded bloggers about having them become a contributor, and this could also open up the possibility of also contributing to their site.
Gives you more exposure, with very little work (you would just need to spin a post of yours so it is not the same wordking).
