Pin It! Love It!
The other day a new member asked whether it's ok to repin one of your own pins, as long as it's not on the same day. In my ignorance I answered that I didn't think it would serve any purpose.
Well, it turns out, according to Colleen Corkery, in her post ' 3 Steps to Build an Email list with Pinterest', that you can do it very successfully. Use your most popular pin and repin it once a week after deleting the previous one. Remember to add a link to your site in the caption.
Don't have boards with only two pins on them, rather create a secret board and build it up to something substantial. It provides more credibility and you'll get more followers that way.
My eyes have been opened to the endless possibilities that Pinterest provides to driving traffic to your site. Have a read and let me know what you think.

Oh I love that idea! I always make sure that I have a huge variety of boards so that I can Pin to multiple boards spaced a couple weeks apart.
Thank you! I am planning to start the social media soon and I keep hearing all the great things about Pinterest.
Once you fully understand how they work, you can make the most of it. I love Pinterest, right now it's my #1 of all the socials! Lydia.
Interesting link Lydia. I must admit I pin any new posts I do without really knowing why, so it's good to get a fresh perspective on pinterest.
I just started getting used to FB, then had to learn about G+, and now Pinterest and Twitter. LOL. Hope my brain can absorb it all. Lydia.
Great info, Lydia. Thanks! I left a comment on your website. I noticed you don't have a Captcha Code in your comment section. Is that by design?
Ade
Hi Ade, thanks! I didn't even know that there isn't a Captcha Code. Will check it out! Lydia.

Thanks for sharing such great info Lydia! I've used Pinterest for awhile, but still am not too sure on what to do or not to do, so this is good to know. :)
I was in the same position. I actually found the link on Twitter, so it just shows you how important socials are! Lydia.
