The original Star Trek
I stumbled upon the most amazing (in my opinion) production. It seems some trekkers have grown up and decided to make the missing episodes from the Enterprise five year misson. You remember it was cancelled in year three.
Now they have just celebrated their 10 year anniversary, where was I? Probably on the WA video training classes. Regardless, I told my sister, I found the subject for my next blog. Since it's all about sharing here, I'm sharing.
The easiest way for me is to post to my blog so forgive me. I'm not really asking for opinions (they would be appreciate if you volunteer) but wanting to share the links to these gifted young men and women.
Plus I know I'm not the only person on here that loves the original ST.

Klingons rule! I know! But they are so sexy grrrr! There is something so ruggedly handsome - attitide not so much! We all have our fetishes!! Haha logically vulcans have it made - time to reverse thrusters and sign off for the night! For you - live long and prosper! !! **smile**
Understand the "bad boy" attraction. I can see it, but my first boyfriend/crush was Spook. What can I say. I'm hopeless!
I like SciFi, but I am a die hard about a few things. No vulcan on the bridge, it's not ST. Personal opinion, but God forbid a Klingon on the bridge! I really loved Voyager. Hey I got my vulcan back.
Don't get me wrong, I liked Data, but he didn't replace the vulcan.
It's late here so from one nerd to another, good night! Live Long and Prosper.
My big brother introduced me Star Trek way back in the 60's. I hated it at first but as time went by I fell in love with it and many of its iterations. Gene Rodenberry was a true genius.
His son is also part of this production. Have you seen the movie where his son talked about being in the middle of things, but preferring Star Wars? He was totally amazed at all the people who were inspired by his father. It was very moving. Can't remember the name, but it's on netflix.
I remember them, I was only little enjoyed the first lot immensely on re runs. Never got into later ones. William Shatner fighting mano e guy in an alien suit on planet Whatever...classic .
I was amazed with what they had done. Yep it wasn't the original actors, but i got so involved in the story, I forgot. It was a great day.
Mork, right? I was out of the country during that one and haven't found many episodes to catch up with.
Yes Mork and Mindy. Robin Williams was great. Thanks for the Star Trek site. I left a comment on your site.
I was going to say the exact same thing kbyer. et tu. : )
Thanks for this, Star Trek is something I shared with my mom. It is hard for me to watch without crying. My mom passed away in 2009 and I was unable to be there for her. Yes I am a mommas boy.
So sorry Mgc7477. I admit similar memories surrounding ST, but they are good ones and the dream lives on.

Short Star Trek Joke. :)
A young man was applying to join Starfleet:
"Where were you born?" asked the recruiting officer.
"Earth, sir."
"What part?"
"All of me, sir."
Sounds like Scotty was the one interviewed.
Good one!
