New Year Resolution
I have a New Years Resolution and that is to lose 40lbs of fat! And to quit my job at 7-11 and make over $3000/ month from online marketing. And get into some weight resistant exercise, because not only is it good for losing weight, it is good for the brain and memory.
I started this blog because I know that many people out there in this world today want to add weight loss to their goals, and the problem is we all stick to it for a few days to maybe a month. But if we have a partner to push us through those rough patches we can succeed.
Starting this blog means I have an audience to report to, and i am hoping as an audience you will help encourage me along the way and post your achievements, no matter how small....

Great resolution! You are right, having someone else to report to can help with accountability. Losing weight is probably the #1 resolution people make every year. Unfortunately, people do not stick to it. They start off hot, go to the gym or exercise at home, then a few weeks later it all falls apart. This usually happens before any results are achieved. A few small changes in diet along with a little exercise can really help with shedding some unwanted weight..
There are so many health issues associated with being overweight, and obesity is becoming a serious global epidemic. Best of luck to you on your journey. I hope you give it a shot and stay persistent with it. Your body will thank you for doing so.

Thank you, Romeo, I haven't given up, ive been posting on my other blog that i set up just for this, this week i am cutting out the sugar, no candy for me. my first week i lost 2lbs, second week, no pounds lost, this week we will see.
You're doing awesome progress! You will lose more weight before you know it. I bet you already look great! I read somewhere that drinking water also helps one lose weight. I've been trying to cut down on sugar myself. I use splenda, great sugar replacement and tastes just as good as sugar.
im trying to increase the water too. also another great alternative to sugar is coconut palm sugar, better then splenda in the taste dept. and it is recommended for diabetics,
