Does sxc.hu exist or not?
The following information was obtained through various search engines.
I did a search for sxc.hu and this is what I found out. Sxc.hu was purchase by the Getty Images (the owners of istockphoto.com). Getty Images quietly shutdown sxc.hu and it is no longer available. I looks as if Getty Images has created a new site called, freeimages.com. The original creators of sxc.hu have created another free image site called, rgbstock.com.
I have joined freeimages.com and they do seem to have a large selection of free images. I use a few of the my website, do3dprinterswork.com. The free images fall under the FreeImages.com Content License, which does let you use the images on your website.
But, be aware, the images shown in the left columns are premium images (from iStockphoto.com) and are only available for a price. You will know if you select a premium image or not, because to get the image, you will be taken to iStockphoto.com to purchase it.

Thank you for sharing this I use a mix of free images and my own useful to have some others to explore, I use morguefiles.com and pixabay.com
Good idea for those who can Izpowashere.
I do create some of my own images, but I also use the free stuff and I do buy some images as well.

Billy, I have found that freeimages.com seems to work for me as well.
I believe you need some photos/images of your own also. I guess it comes down to what works for you. Good luck.
