I'm sorry to hear that Justin, particularly after all your hard work. You take care of yourself.

Do yourself a favour, and register 2 of the free sub-domains right away. Apply everything that you've learned so far. You can still add plug-ins, and themes, and I don't think they are forcibly removed if you can't afford to stay premium. (Check with Kyle on that I guess...) When your paid time is up, you should be able to keep those 2 sites running. They will rank if you work at it, just takes longer and its a bit harder to get past the third page for most decent keywords. That means you'll have to be a bit more creative with your ideas.

For what its worth, I've been playing around with internet marketing and SEO for over a decade. Sometimes I can't get a site to rank worth shite. Why? because its not a niche that is something that I am personally interested in. I don't know what makes the potential buyers for the niche tick, and I can't communicate with them worth a damn.

So, back to what I said above... set up 2 free sites, and make them about things that you love doing. Put a big F in front of the money, and make some friends out there on the big wide web. Go and find your true niche (just keep it legal?).

I really appreciate everyone's concern but this is a personal decision of mine. I did a lot here in a short time believe me. I understand it takes time but its time I no longer have. I could no longer put anymore money into this, I simply can't afford it. Some tragedy has come onto me lately, and with my site not going anywhere near where I expected it was time to go. I got way ahead of myself. Some of you guys have made it through, and i respect that 100%. I don't know if what happened outside of WA caused me to feel this way but it is what it is...

You have been here less than a month and you expect to be ranked already...did you think this was one of those get rich quick scams. It takes time and determination to build a successful business...good luck with what ever you attempt next.

You should not give up that easy! I understand that this is not easy and sometimes could be very frustrating but even you work offline is the same thing. It took many years to build my offline business and they are times I would like to give up but then again I told myself I could do it and I did.

I know it can be frustrating. You probably have put in a lot of work on your site and hoping to have made some money by now. I noticed that you have only been here a very short while. If you think it is a burden then most likely anyone who looks at your site will get the same message. Things do not always happen overnight. If I could do this then you can too! I knew nothing when I started also. I still see you have some time to go. Do you know that most businesses take time? I once ran a daycare in my home. It took months to get it going and to start making any profit. I also had a housecleaning service and it also took months to get it going. I think you need to first change from such a negative outlook to a more positive one. A person usually gets what they think about most whether it is good or bad. If your heart is in it then work on it. I wish you the best.

"Don't give up just before the miracle happens" is a quote that many times are true. Did you get your niche by using Jaxxy? Because using your own imagination - and I speak from experience ;-( often leads you to where you are now. That doesn't mean "you can do nothing right" - of course you can! I think you just need to get some more "learning" under your belt, and you will see progress. Imagine where we would be today if Thomas Edison "had given up" just because his first few attempts to get the light bulb didn't work right! It's your choice of course, but you have just learned what doesn't work, a valid lesson we all need in life when we try out something new ;-)
