IN Recovery
Hello, all. I have been incognito for quite sometime. I still try to check in daily to see what you've all been up to, but I've been in serious pain since the beginning of this month! The pain was finally so bad I was forced to visit the ER yesterday.
(Yeah....this was my stance for the last two plus weeks!)
I tried to just champion through the pain because stubbornness is my guide. Lol. Anywho, I discovered I've been suffering from a pinched nerve. I thought it was a Kidney infection because the pain was severe. (Anyone who knows me can tell you if I'm at the ER...it's serious! Lol. I was relieved to discover, I've broken no bones nor torn any ligaments. Lucky me! Lol
So, I am on muscle relaxers (Flexirall (sp)), and pain medication (Ibuprofen and Norco- which is another name for Vicodin). Though I am a bit light headed from the meds, I feel so much better knowing where the pain came from, and that it will hopefully just get better. Of course if it doesn't there are ways to treat it, surgery I was told was a last resort. (Yes, I asked).
After visiting my email address this morning I found over 600 mails I hadn't checked. My last post should have been posted Monday, but the pain was still in charge that day. Thank you all for listening. Maybe now I can post to my blog and try to get back on schedule.

The best solution to it is to find THE CAUSE OF THE PINCHED NERVE, and treat from there. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Hi, Elijah. Yes! Hopefully that will be discovered through my follow up exams. I lead a very sedentary lifestyle, so I'm puzzled. I sat too long? Did too much laundry? Typed too much? Lol. Thank you.
Thank you so much. A bit nervous actually. I know many people who have suffered from such issues for decades with minimal relief!
Please try EFT. I've been helping so many people, including myslef, with it.
I can send you a quick video I created if you want. Let me know.
It's weird but it works ;-)
