Hello everyone,

I have been dealing with affiliate marketing/ traffic for about a year now. Many people either get fed up, expect instant gratification or simply just dont know what to do when they get there. I must say that WA has been one of the first sites that allow you to create a site and post 3rd party content for free! My hats off to the creators and the opportunity of this website! If you would like more info on lucrative PTC/ Affiliate sites, methods or success, utilize my link. I will be sure to return for a response.

I left a comment on your site after checking it out.

You're definitely off to a great start. I know it takes time, but definitely add more content--especially helpful posts that give readers more information about solar power.

Write about topics within solar energy that people are looking for: things like its cost, how it benefits the environment, how many people have "gone solar", how easy it is, the different ways to use solar power (traditional solar panels or water-heating panels), if you need a battery storage system or just connect your house to the power company, tax incentives for solar power for different countries, smaller solar-equipped products like solar-powered computer keyboards and chargers for mobile phones, etc.

After you've created some helpful content, start making some product reviews (for individual products), give each a score, who it's for, pros and cons, reviews and feedback from other users, and your final thoughts. Be honest.

Even though you may be promoting the product and want readers to buy it--list any cons and be honest. You want your readers to trust you and your site, so be sure and fess up if the product has any flaws. Be sure to do your research. Amazon already has a great commenting system, so use that to start and quote users, too. Look elsewhere for feedback, like the manufacturer's website, forums, or even YouTube reviews.

If the product is only for certain people--be sure to mention that clearly.

Then include the affiliate link for that product--even if it's a mixed or negative review (you never know what people will buy...even if you may think it's not so good) and be sure to throw in some negative and mixed reviews, too. Every review shouldn't be a 100 or 95 out of 100 score.

I see you're using Amazon affiliate and already have a webstore set up. That's great! Try and embed individual products in your post.

(I haven't done that in a while, but I thought you did it all from Amazon's Affiliate site and they just gave you code. You should be able to copy-and-paste that into your post--under the "Text" tab, not the Visual tab--and it may not be visible in the editor--only after it's published on your site)

Oh yeah, I wrote a post on my website on how to write content for affiliate websites (and it mentions reviews, too, and I'm working on a new post that elaborates on reviews right now...procrastinating by hanging out here...lol)

Im checking it out now....don't procrastinate man..lol

Dang, thanks for that feedback man.

You're very welcome. A lot of it is found in the training...but I think that's Premium only and you haven't upgraded to Premium yet.

When you can, I strongly recommend it as you'll find a lot more info and be able to use your own domain.

thats the only thing im really lacking to put that shine on it is that domain upgrade, let me know.

You are developing a great website and I love the theme. It is looking really good.
Lis.

Why thank you very much.

I'm glad you like it here at WA!

I see you recently joined this month. Please keep everyone updated on how you're doing--especially if you need help.

I've already gotten a lot of help from the community--and what I like is there's such a variety of people with different experiences and techniques, so you usually get different approaches to more complex problems. You can pick and choose what works best for you--and let others know, too.

With all the things I've learned from the trainings and the community, I've been able to help others--it's a great feeling knowing little about something just a few months ago to helping others. Sure, I've been "in the business" for the better half of a decade now, but I gave up several years ago and a lot has changed. I really love it here and hope you continue to like as well--and don't give up like I did.
