Don't forget about site support
Hi guys, I just wanted to give a quick reminder that site support exists. I ended up being stuck for hours on small technical issues trying to fix it myself when all I had to do was to contact site support.
I didn't have the habit of contacting site support, so I was just not thinking about it, and I am sure that it will happen to other people than me.
Also, they answer very fast and can help you with a lot of different things.
So don't forget to use it, you paid for it and you will save hours of headaches trying to fix everything by yourself

I believe I used them once the first year I was here. I have used them 3 times in the last week. Problems solved in less than 5 minutes every time.

Thanks for the reminder. I haven't had a technical failure...yet, but with all things computer, it's bound to happen sooner or later.
