Oh No. I'm Stuck!
Well... not anymore but I feel like sharing this! Ok, so yes, I've experienced it: I got stuck! It's pretty weird. I kept hearing Kyle's voice in my head telling me things like: "there's no reason to get stuck", "just ask if you need help", "you can't get stuck" "we are here to help"... I and knew all that, and it happened anyway! Why? Well, here's what happened...
Where: this happen right at the end of Course 2, Lesson 3
Trigger: Task #5 requiring to post my website for feedback
What? I freaked out! Yes. People tend to think that I am a perfectionist. I do agree... sometimes. But the interesting thing is that this time, I really tried to put this "perfectionism addiction" on the side. I knew it would slow me down in my project of being a WA. Of course I didn't think my site was good enough, or ready enough to be presented to you all. I didn't have my content, nor images, nor a clear structure of what I wanted my site to be or look like. I only had a vague concept, and of course I had really high expectations from the get go.
Impact: As a result of all this vicious circle, I lost several hours (days I should say), of valuable production time. Time I will never get back!
Resolution: It just hit me one day, and I took a step back in order to take it forward; I asked the community for some help. And you know what? I received it! This was the start of my "unstucking process"! I then realized that I now had tools to remedy my content and pics issue. It was then only up to me to do the work.
In order to try to catch-up the lost time, I then decided to skip task #5 for now and move on. I will soon have it available to submit though!
Result: I was able to move forward with building my site. I now have been able to create some content, and have great ideas. I see the light!!!!!
And guess what: When I logged-in this morning and noticed that my SiteHealth tracker was reading "SiteHealth is getting better" - Hooray!
This my friends, was all I needed: I now feel more confident about my project. Fired-up & Ready to go!
All this to say: Thank you all for your constant support! May this bring some light in for those who are currently experiencing the "stuck" phenomenon.
I think we all have, or will, at one point experience this, so why not try to build on this:
What was your "oh no.. I'm stuck" moment? And please share with us how you overcame it.
Thank you,
Victoria

Hi Pio. I think that from now on I am just like you: "there's no point stressing out!" Hope all is well with you. Thanks for sharing.
Victoria
I am always stuck when the lesson ask me to write a post or blog and share it or ask for feedback which I am not good at. I always jump to another tasks that I knew will not produce good result. But, there's no point stressing out yourself for something you think you cannot change. I have to move on and enjoy, there's always an option to tick complete or incomplete.

We all have been stuck Victoria ... it goes with the territory. This is not easy stuff, especially if you are an internet newbie. I was stuck a lot with the social media tasks in the Certification training. Hadn't spent much time there ... not comfortable with it. I think it's a generation thing.
The community couldn't help with that much ... probably because they couldn't relate. But I did the tasks and decided to focus my SM efforts on one or two of the platforms ... not all of them.
I did submit my early efforts at building my niche site, but have not yet included it in my profile. I notice that you've not been active here in the community so I hope that means you have been focused on building your site and your business. That's what you're here for.
Hi Dennis - Thanks a lot for reaching out! Being stuck is in fact the wort feeling. Despite knowing you have and want to move on, you're somehow glued in that standstill position. I am so glad I was able to overcome this unproductive spriral.
Just like you, I started here at WA by working on my niche site. I am now working towards the Affiliate Bootcamp, and I have to say, THIS IS AWESOME TRAINING!
Lately I've also been catering to other very important business that couldn't wait and needed all my attention; hence why I haven't been so active in the community.
Be on the look out for more details in my soon to come updated intro!
Much success to you, and talk to you soon!
