How to Change the Author of a Blog Post

I saw a question about how to change the author of a blog post, and since it's something I actually know how to do, I thought I'd do a post about it for anyone who has the same question. Here's how you do it.

1. Log into your website so you can see the dashboard.
2. On the menu at the left, click "All Posts."
3. A list of all your posts will come up, both published posts and drafts.
4. Find the title of the post you want to change.
5. Hover your cursor over the title until the Edit/Quick Edit/Trash/View options bwcome visible.
6. Click "Quick Edit." This will give you the ability to make a variety of changes (such as title, date, author, categories, etc.) or to password protect the page, make it private, or make it "sticky."
7. Click the pull-down arrow where it says "author," and you'll get a list of people cleared to write posts on your site.
8. Choose the one you want.
9. Click "update" to save your change.

And you're done!
