Norman Vincent Peale sums up his intentions in his book, "The Power of Positive Thinking." He intended his book to be a guidepost for coping as well as achieving success in the workplace and personal relationships. This has become a self-help to many when they learned how to deal with adversity, achieved social and professional successes, and even advanced through a very strong connection with higher power!
