Our community is all about caring for others as well as for oneself. I believe that there's no way for us to care for others when we are not fully equipped to do so. We can't meet other people's needs when we have needs to deal with.

Aloha, my dear friends! Caring is a two-way traffic that works both ways.

Ask. If you need to know something, simply ask and it shall be given to you. Whether you are new or not, ask questions. Ask for help and there is always somebody who will and who can help you. On the other hand, ask if somebody needs help as well.

Listen. Listen to what you heart and your body tells you. Let your passion dictate what you need to do in your website. Or if your body tells you to rest, by all means listen! You also need to listen to others. Often times, they just need some listening ears to whom they can rant. Be there to listen.

Observe. Look around you. There are some of us around here who are too shy to ask. See what you can do. Be sensitive to your needs and the needs of others.

Help. One of the best way to grow both in know and in character is to share what we learn. Help others go through some difficult times not just in website building but beyond our daily routine of work.

Ask Again. It is not always that your questions or your needs are read or heard. Sometimes, you need to ask again. If you didn't understand something, ask again. Again and again ~until you find the answer to your needs. That way you can also help others who may encounter the same problem.

This acronym was taken from a movie about care-giving and I just expounded on it to give us new meanings for our own care.
