Getting Sidetrack: Can make you Lose Your Destiny

Hello my fellow WA member,

I hope everyone is doing great and safe as we journey through life durig this unprecedented time of COVID-19 crisis.

I woke up this morning by God's grace and feeling fortunate to be ALIVE because I'm not in anyway better or special than those our loveones that the coronavirus pandemic as taken away from us.

I might not have a job now, but I'm grateful to be spending time with my family and learning an online business skills.

The power of distractions

The reason for this post is due to my recent observation. As I was responding to a question a colleague post, it can to my attention that most of the newly added members (what you guys. called the Newbies) are getting sidetracked (distracted) by all the noise being put out by the Pros.

Don't get me wrong, these trainings whether blogs, questions, and so on, are amazing, helpful, and goldmines. Just like the saying, "information is power."

But you will agree with me that the statement is partially true because if you don't know are to use it by not having the proper foundation is useless.

For instance, many newbies are asking questions like affiliate links, social buttons, etc when they have only post their About me, privacy policies, maybe affiliate disclosures, and one or two articles about their niche.

Personally, I think they are losing track and making things complicated. And this is what Kyle warns about.

Going back to the Bases

A newborn baby has to CRAWL before STANDING, and then WALK. Not the other way round.

For you to be successful, you have to follow the training steps-by-step from the begining by having your website build from the foundation; adding you about me, privacy, disclosures, quality contents, and then social media so that when your visitors decided to visit your website. They have something that will bring them back, NOT a room with no chair, entertainment devices, or a quality mattress.

If you continue to allow all the noise distract you, you will either get stuck in building your online business, or slow down, and worst, get frustrated and GIVE UP your dream.

Final Thought

To sum it up, you don't have to jump into action after reading or watching any of the blogs or trainings by the amazing members, especially if you haven't done the training. EXCEPT there is detail descriptions of how to add it into your website or social media page, and it is at the right time. TIMING is very important.
