Please can you tell me how I can add a txt file so I can use my email address for email marketing?
If you do not want to send automatic emails to subscribes you can use the Emails and subscribers Newsletter plugin by icegram. If you want to automatically send out emails you can use Aweber or Sendinblue. There are other plugins to choose as well.
The documentation of these plugins will tell you how to set things up.

I've checked spam and everywhere but nothing please could you help rectify the problem.

Someone else has this issue yesterday, just to say keep trying and check your Spam folder.
If issue persists please reach out to support, presuming you purchased your domain here.

I reached out to support and they told me my domain was already verified and working correctly I was told to try clear my cache and try refresh.
