New Year, New Me
Hahahaha such a cliche.
I do enjoy the idea of starting fresh however, and as of 2016 I'm hoping to produce some success within my website.
The problem has always been me. It always is.
From me stems demotivation and just a lack of effort.
I hate it.
I'm consistently finding a distinct lack of motivation when it comes to doing things like writing articles or being engaged in WA - two things I actually enjoy a lot.
It also spreads into other parts of my life however, and I continue to think to myself "If I could just stay motivated, I could get so much done!"
SO
While my turn around began early December (and since then, I've been gradually building my engagement and content creation within WA and my website) my goal is to grow my passions exponentially.
BUT WHAT WILL I DO TO KEEP MYSELF ON TRACK?
1. Make goals - realistic, but constantly aiming high.
2. OMG, complete said goals - goals are useless if you don't complete them, but while they'll be pushing it, I'll ensure they're achievable.
3. Focus on the now - I spend to much time up in my head, I need to stop comparing and just figuring out where I am and not someone else.
4. Plan, plan, plan - I have such an appreciation for the "preparation" stage. I didn't before, but seeing what even a little preparation can do, I now value it a lot.
5. Finally, aim to dominate - I'm so competitive. And while I'm not really against anyone else in this, and "winning" is just winning against myself. I sometimes forget that winning is not enough. If you're going to do something, dominate.
Haha, I just found my next blog post.
2016 is going to be MY year, but it can also be YOURS.
Cheers
