Recollection and New Year Ahead
Time to recap on the year as 2018 is ending soon and the holidays are around the corner. And, what have we learned from 2018 and how can we improve to make 2019 a better year?
Boy! Do I realized this year was a roller coaster with lots of unforeseen circumstances...for one I had been in and out of hospitals. Learning to pick up myself emotionally, spiritually and physically was something I had struggle. Ok, no self-pity here and time to move forward.
Every cloud has a silver lining.
Things I had learned this year 2018 and the points to take back are for 2019...
- Consistency - it doesn't matter how fast or slow, just keep the momentum by learning and taking actions
- Don't Over Work and get Burn Out - So have FUN!
- Stay healthy and be Happy
- Set up new Achievable and Realistic Goals
- Plan for the next holiday once goals had been achieved. (Rewarding on self is important)
- Stop hammering own self
- Embracing own self the good and the bad
So, let's begin a good year and gear up for a new start ahead, 2019.
Cheers,
Bel.
