I was wondering about this too. Looks like some of my pages I have seo title on and some off, so I can now fix that thanks to Tommy.
On your dashboard open up your all post at the top right corner of the page is a tab called screen options open it and make sure seo title and seo description is checked off.

Why is title description fixed in all in one seo under page?

This is an update to the All in One SEO pack.
By default, your title and first 160 characters were used as your meta description, which is why we didn't need to fill it in manually in those boxes. After the AIO SEO update, they are now showing you what the plugin is automatically using. It is working and doing the same thing it always did.
You can still ignore it as usual, or choose to enter a manual description. The training recommends you just ignore it, so that's what I would do!
