What a fuss did recent Google Adwords changes to its Keyword Planner tool made amongst marketers, it’s almost hard to believe that people will go so crazy about it.

to keep reading I use the long tail keyword tool, and he speaks about that also for those who use the software... Interesting read..

GREAT INFO ...CHEERS BEA :-))

1

Hi, Bea, it is a very interesting read, sometimes you have to wonder when the larger platforms ring in change, who exactly is it benefiting from the developments, probably another case of adapting to the change because it won't be going back.

Yikes!! The Google gods are becoming more powerful by the upgrade...lol

In the group I'm in, long tail pro, which I use, a guy was saying we have to have an active Google Adwords , as in buying ads, to have them allow us to use the planner.. I can see them charging a fee for people who just use the planner on its own..

I've never even imagined that it would not do so.

Google has the Lion's share of the search market, and it can only be good strategy to line up with it......

This may help:
"How does Jaaxy come up with our search and traffic numbers?

We have done extensive research through comparative data testing and have come up with an algorithm that utilizes data from all Search Engines (not just Google) to reveal search data that is far closer to the “real” numbers."

Not sure if this is the answer you were looking for. Maybe it is?

Hi Brendi , thanks your answer does help.. I'll look into that link..

I am sure that Jaaxy is constructed on top of Google keyword planner. An IT friend of mine told me so and he plans to develop his own keyword tool, too...

2

Hey Heidi, so what your saying that is does..

1

I am not an expert in that, but my friend says, it does.

Hmm I wonder if this will effect the results we get

I looked at that post. No where does it say there if Jaaxy uses Google data. Just states some of what Jaaxy does (in the comments).
In fact, the original question of that post was never answered. At least to me. There was no mention of Google only Jaaxy. No discussion of the difference between the two. Just about Jaaxy.
Not putting Jaaxy down, it's a good product.

My question was that is most keywords tools tend to use google keyword planners data, does jaaxy use it to.. I have used LTK for some time now for my post titles, so was wondering, the Google keyword planner does play a big part keyword research..

My question would be, Does jaaxy use the google data to give us results ?
