When using either Aweber or Mailchimp, and when people subscribe to your list, an unsubscribe link will appear at the bottom of your page.
Need to hide content on a page then show it on the same page underneath when a button or link is clicked, can someone please help with this?

If your theme does not include such stuff by default, you would need to code it yourself... Google about "Toggle Display" should give you several options: here is one I saw: http://www.wikihow.com/Toggle-HTML-Display-With-JavaScript
If you are not at ease with coding, you may also go for a simple plug and play WordPress plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/toggle). For example, this one seems relevant to your goals: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-responsive-shortcodes/

I have page where users can leave reviews, I'm trying to decide whether to place a button to leave a review on a different page or leave the form under each post for users to pl
Thanks tmmom, I realize how important comments are, but my worry is that people would rather leave a comment instead of leaving a review under the product. If I disable the comments just for this page, then I wonder if users would be more likely to leave a review?

Some themes support before content widgets.
If your doesn't then you can either install theme which does or use Plugins like this https://wordpress.org/plugins/siteorigin-panels/
I had is installed on test site and it did give many options but did not done extensive testing so wont be able to tell you more about it sorry

Not sure what you mean by comments rating.. If you're talking about a review rating plugin, you can try author hreview.
To see what I mean, I use it here on my website: affiliate-sale.com
What I mean is you can get plugins, where people can rate comments already placed on your pages. So as to sort the best content from all the comments placed to date. Similar to WA like on the buttom left of these comments.
