I have been with Wealthy Affiliate previously and was overwhelmed each time I logged in. Overwhelmed with procrastination no direction and no help I needed from someone or a friend knowledgeable about making money on line. My biggest stumbling block in thee past was I needed someone to work with, to hold my hand so to speak. Because spending money on the internet is a good way to throw away money when you can least affrod to. So that someone was suppose to take away all that fear and anxiety. Its taken me a long time to overcome that need because I now know that someone doesn't exist as a friend or even someone I know as family or within a close circle of friends. Believe me there is no help there. So hopefully I can get to join some dots this time round as I feel I have beaten myself up enough by now and I need to make progress. Just hope I can see the big picture coming into focus much quicker this time round. The biggest problem I find with online courses they cant bring the big picture into focus quick enough for me. Its all segmented parts unrealted nothingness, that never seem to realted to each other logically for me. Every time I have been expressing this people over my wasted time in the wasteland of the interent no one seems to be able to understand or comprehend what iam talking about. If some could present a course taking this concept into account there be a lot of money waiting there for them. So there you go I have probably just given someone else a good idea for them to capitalise on because they know the BIG PICTURTE.

Hi there Barry,
I can relate to some of what you say in regards to wasting money online, plus I have tried many things to no avail.
The one thing I have learned through past experiences is they always (well not all systems/platforms) but more like companies, is say to just follow the steps outlined.
Here, Kyle does it brilliantly.
And he always backs it up with a task to do. If you follow this procedure - yes it's going to take time to see return on your work - but if you follow this, you are more inclined to get a return on the work you put in.
Have you seen some of the success stories flying around lately of those who did just that? Look up posts from @littlemama or @jerryhuang and you will see just a couple of the many success posts of consistent work.
I came into WA and just followed Kyle's instruction to build a website from scratch. And over a year in, I definitely get more return on my investment now. Not to the effect of the guys I mentioned above, but I am now ahead, know this works, because I do the work, and I will just keep at it.
I have never seen a platform with so many people who are willing to assist, have so much material to sift through to find answers if stuck, live trainings etc, it truly blows my mind.
You have only just put up this post and already 3 people have reached out to assist and I am sure there will be more.
My biggest advice is just follow the training, and do the tasks, be patient and just keep doing that - and always ask for help if you need it. Wish you all the best in your journey here, it really is a great place to be!

You are very welcome. When you search for anything just do so in the search bar right up the top beside the WA logo. If you type in anything - like - success stories - or whatever you may need help in, it will give you a whole bunch of posts to look at. Plus you can find people there as well to go to their personal profiles.
When people like Grace and Jerry put up success stories, I also check out their personal profile and read through other posts they have written.
Inspiration keeps you going I can guarantee you that much!

The big picture is possible. Gotta get the materials, gotta find the drive inside yourself. WA has the materials. Everything is available and ready to be used. You just have to do the work.
In fact, forget the Big Picture for the moment. Focus on just completing each lesson, one at a time. When you do, take a break, look over what you have accomplished. Big Picture is a little smaller.
Take it step by step. The Dream is possible. Also remember that there is a big support community here. You have to do the work for yourself but there are a lot people actually wanting to see you suceed. So...
