I should be in a jolly mood by now after going on yearly premium membership, instead, I feel so sad and frustrated not knowing what to do!
Before joining WA I stumbled on a couple of sites where I lost a few hundred $ and now I am in a frustrating situation yet again, only this time it's a mistake done unknowingly.
In my country Uganda, credit /master/debit cards are rarely used. We are into mobile wallets and checks mainly so I don't own any of those.
Since I started looking into work from home jobs my challenge was making payments but I figured it out and had someone do it for me in another country.
He paid for my first premium membership upgrade with his debit card and all was well.

But on Saturday 6th I don't know what happened he was paying the yearly premium upgrade for me instead it was him who got the upgrade!
Now I'm confused I don't know how to go about this.
He ain't interested in joining and I can't lose the money. So please family advise me on what to do, can this be rectified?
We both reached out, through emails but no reply yet since Saturday!
I can't lose this opportunity of a lifetime I only have 5 days left on my one-month premiumship.
Can you please advise us on what to do or how to go about it.
Do you think the money can be refunded to enable us to pay to the right account, or transfer the yearly premium to my accounting?
I will appreciate your advice
