Frustrated And In A Sorry State
I should be in a jolly mood by now after going on yearly premium membership, instead, I feel so sad and frustrated not knowing what to do!
Before joining WA I stumbled on a couple of sites where I lost a few hundred $ and now I am in a frustrating situation yet again, only this time it's a mistake done unknowingly.
In my country Uganda, credit /master/debit cards are rarely used. We are into mobile wallets and checks mainly so I don't own any of those.
Since I started looking into work from home jobs my challenge was making payments but I figured it out and had someone do it for me in another country.
He paid for my first premium membership upgrade with his debit card and all was well.
But on Saturday 6th I don't know what happened he was paying the yearly premium upgrade for me instead it was him who got the upgrade!
Now I'm confused I don't know how to go about this.
He ain't interested in joining and I can't lose the money. So please family advise me on what to do, can this be rectified?
We both reached out, through emails but no reply yet since Saturday!
I can't lose this opportunity of a lifetime I only have 5 days left on my one-month premiumship.
Can you please advise us on what to do or how to go about it.
Do you think the money can be refunded to enable us to pay to the right account, or transfer the yearly premium to my accounting?
I will appreciate your advice

Have you tried to contact site support with regards to this?
Because they maybe able to help you switch payments unless are unable to do so legally.
Unfortunately because fraud is on the increase there have been more measures put in place lately.

If I am not mistaken I think they can pause your account until you are able to have the funds to re-instate it.
That way you wont lose all that you worked hard in creating and achieving.
I hope I'm right saying this, the last thing I want to do is give you the wrong information.

I’m so sorry to hear Barbzow, my comment maybe old but I wonder if you need Mark Lack s Personal Branding Accelerator System to push you back up the ladder? WA just did a webinar last two weeks that’s no longer aired. But I joined on a pay by monthly system to Help me learn even more to use here at WA. It was definitely difficult to get started do too family issues and learn how to build a website. I got discouraged because I wanted it fast fast fast!! But it doesn’t work like that!! For me I have to realize, it’s my talents I need to put to work implementing slowly, the tools WA and Mark Lacks Personal Branding Accelerator System. Bring to the table. Be encouraged I am. Hang in their. Search your dominant talents get alone by yourself and think about 1 goal you wanna see Okay and pursue it. Then set more goals after completing that one.
My health has given me challenges but I don’t let it stop me. My Broadcast Radio station stop broadcasting 22 of my shows I still don’t understand why the RSS feed is not up and running for my 4,500.. listeners. It really discouraged me after and the work I put in. But It forces me to realize how valuable I am and to find the right platform to air longevity.
@MonaStar Great encouragement Mona. Even if BarbZaw pursues and gets a refund / resolution, it's good, it's positive, get on to the fight, facing head-on the problems and down-blips in life. They always happen.

twice a day no reply yet. I thought the family can advise on a more efficient way .
I would suggest putting in a support ticket through the support center. I'm sure with permission from the other person, they can transfer the money over to your membership. They're geniuses after all, this is probably not rocket science for them.

Sorry to hear you are in this position. I am the eternal optimist and feel that the staff at WA will be able to switch payment from your friends name to yours. Seeing he was doing you a favor in making the payment on your behalf. Let the site support know that.
