Okay, so I was having a bit of a challenge with my previous website and I think it was because I was struggling with the content. I have started on something that I am more comfortable and knowledgeable about and have come up with this in a couple hours. Again any and all feedback is appreciated.

It's looking good! I would remove those widgets on the side and either put a "recent posts" widget or a text widget as a place holder. There's a training on it here https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/wordpress-dashboard-tutorial-widgets
Also, each piece of content should be about 400 words. It's not a rule, but 400 is a rule of thumb to get content indexed in Google and have enough content to engage the reader.
Hey Nathaniell, is it okay if the content gets over 400 words. It seems I am doubling that at the moment. Should I focus on cutting it down a bit?
Thanks, it is more challenging that I expected, but again I am pretty critical of myself, that's why I threw it out there for review so quickly to keep me level headed about it.
