Is Google playing games? Privacy Policy
Uggh!! So I've had posts published since at least 2 weeks ago (the first one), and they are still not indexed.
Yet despite the fact that I ticked the SEO boxes for no index and no follow, Google has decided that of all the content it should ignore everything that is to be indexed and just index the one page it has specific instructions not to!
Yeah thanks Google! You'll be able to kid yourself that I'm not creating original content now and punish me. Cool trick.

That is a habit I have gotten in: as soon as I post the article I jump over to webmaster tools and "fetch" the article for the Google bots to go after.
Some say it is not necessary but I just posted an article yesterday, indexed today and on page 5 already.
Cool. I'm going to get to that part of the training, so I feel confident, and I'll make it a habit of mine too now then :)
my privacy policy and one category are being indexed. Google keeps messaging me to tell me that those two things may not be indexed correctly because of no index on them. 5 messages so far it's confusing...
That really is confusing! They know you have 'no index' on them, but they're telling you they're doing it anyway, and possibly not even properly at that...
How random. :/

I've just had the same thing happen to me. Got an email saying that my Privacy Policy has been indexed - the only page so far - the only page that had special ticks for it not to be indexed!!!
I haven't got as far as Webmaster tools yet, but will try to get to that training and start to 'fetch' the ones I do want indexed.
