Can anyone recommend a plugin that allows you to create both a squeeze & sales page? (Is there one that does both?)

Hmm... neither seem very user friendly, and they are basically forcing you to upgrade in order to be able to use all the features.

Yes it was, and most likely won't happen that way again.

When you hit the "publish" button on sitecontent, it asks you to which domain do you want to put up the content...just follow the prompts...you can't miss it =)
