Scroll down the page and click your last invoice, it will let you know the date it would be collected.

How can I get accepted as Affiliate if I don't have website or following of any kind since I do not do social media?
All excellent advice here. For sure you'll need to get started with creating your own niche website. Start with lesson one below and by lesson four, you'll have your website up and running. Create helpful content for your niche audience and when you apply to affiliate programs, your website will demonstrate that you understand how to generate traffic. You need content and traffic to be accepted by affiliate programs as typically they would check those elements prior approval.
That relevant content addressing issues in relation to chosen focused niche website.

When you apply to join affiliate programs, they will need to see that you can bring them customers, so if you have no clear way of doing this, you are unlikely to be approved. Online Entrepreneur Certification - Getting Started Level 1
First, you should have about 15 to 20 Google-indexed article posts on your site. Then you need to apply to them, who will review YOUR site posts to see if there is a fit.
The best at the start may be to first apply with an Affiliate Network like Awin (which I use) or ShareASale (there are others). They will expose you to their network -- you should receive some invites.
Follow the instructions carefully; there are some rules and expectations that you will need to follow -- otherwise, you may not be accepted.

Mike, a great help to go forward, thank you. Do I publish over and over in same niche with new information to qualify?
You should publish to address your audience's needs and wants (help them solve problems and answer their questions/ needs) - which is what your niche site should be addressing anyway, don't write for the affiliate.
You capture your audience well, and become a trusted source of information, the affiliates will chase you to include them on your site.
However, that takes a lot of time to build up to.
