can I pay the premium amount by debit card
Hey Mohammed,
You will need to open a Paypal account if you do not have a credit card. From there you can attach your debit card, or bank account and make payment. We do not accept debit cards directly, so Paypal is my suggestion here.

Are you able to put cash onto a loadable credit card? Another option I believe would be to open a paypal account.

Yes, by signing up for Paypal. It is extremely secure.
