The Vision and the Mission

Last Update: April 14, 2017

I was just meeting with a friend of mine from Cameroon. He has an acute mind and puts his intelligence into action using direct sales on the internet and other revenue streams that he has discovered over the years.

He is a mentor for me. I don't want to just do affiliate marketing. It would be great to have a 99% seller rating on ebay and be selling products everyday. This is a process he is teaching me. It seems simple, but it's just like anything else, it takes practice to perfect it.

In regard to wanting to do more than affiliate marketing, I believe there has to be a mission and a vision for what the end production will look like. It's good to take time to write down what you want to accomplish, why you want to accomplish it, where..., how,..., with whom..., etc. And then it's equally important to write a simple mission statement to keep you focused.

Ultimately, a business plan would be a great investment of time, as well. The problem is that we are floundering with no way of predicting the outcome. We are like ships at sea without a sail. I can be grateful though for a tugboat named WealthyAffiliate and an Admiral like my friend who already is successful.

Greater things can be accomplished as we build on small successes. The vision can change over time as well as we learn and grow and begin to understand our lane and our calling.

Making money is great. Making a difference is even better. I may only be able to speak for myself, but at the end of everything, I would like to be able to look back and see that I engaged with life and brought life to others. I would like to know that my time here was not in vain.

That being said, I renew my already stalwart commitment to continue this WealthyAffiliate journey until the best of what is to come shows itself. My friends here, be encouraged to envision the future you desire, and allow your process to be shaped by what you see knowing that God is the giver of every blessing and gift.

To me, he has given you! Thank you for being here as we move forward together!

I am totally in agreement with that line of thought. And I should start writing down my goals because I really need to succeed. That's the best way to keep focused. I really want to keep my eye on the ball. Ours is success and well being.
