Must Have Setup for any Online Business

Hello Friends and Followers, How you guys doing today? I wish this week is going to bring some good news to you all. However, today here I am with a little advice for our new premium members who really serious about their Online Business as an Online Entrepreneur.

I am going to tell you about your must have setup for your very own online business. Okay let’s start with a check list below:

  • 1.Niche based website
  • 2.Quality Contents
  • 3.Niche based On-Site SEO
  • 4.Member Registration or Subscription System
  • 5.A nice blog with regular posts
  • 6.Email Platform with Auto-Responder
  • 7.Social Media Integration
  • 8.Traffic Acquisition Strategy with Action Plan and Budget
  • 9.Traffic Partner

In this check list we found 9 points to follow. But most importantly you need a mind setup. I have talked about this mind setup in another blog post with the title “Seriousness really increases with financial commitment”, you can check that out. Now let’s discuss on these points.

Niche Based Website: Yes, it’s obvious that when you are trying to start something online, you must need an online address to present your business, services or products. It will be your online store or business center. So it’s really important. And most importantly, it needs to be you niche based and anyone can get your website easily.

Quality Contents: Contents are the king of any website. If you have quality contents on your website your visitor will attract to your website and they may back again and again for more. There have another good thing for quality contents, search engines are really like a website with quality contents. Now the question is what is quality content? For a quality content as per I know it should be informative, unique, niche and most importantly plagiarism free.

Niche Based On-Site SEO: This is one more important part of an online business website. On-Site SEO, I think already you have an idea about SEO so I am not going to talk about SEO. For on-site SEO you need to find out your 5 to 6 main keywords for your website and create a nice short and meaningful website description by using at least 2 or 3 main website keywords.

When you will get your keywords and website description, just put them into Meta tag area of your home page. Okay, don’t think what that is!?! Chill, I know if you are not a tech savvy then it’s pretty hard for you to understand but as a member of Wealthy Affiliate community I am sure you are using WordPress to build your website so nothing to worry about Meta Tag. Just login to your website admin panel/dashboard, go to ‘All in One SEO’, Click on General Settings, go to Home Page Settings and Type your Website Title which should include your Main Keyword, type home description and keywords in their respective boxes. Scroll down a bit and check if everything is okay.

Okay, this blog is not about SEO or All in One SEO plugin setup so I am not going to tell more about it. Maybe some other time I will catch you up with that topic only.

Member Registration or Subscription System: This is really one of the biggest and most important issues for an Online Business website. I saw lots of online entrepreneurs just focus on their traffic and sales but they don’t bother about storing their customer information! I can’t imagine that. How someone can just over look it! Your traffic is your customer, if you can grab their name and email addresses it will your customer base for future. You have to understand that. My personal advice is, if your website is completely affiliate product or service based and designed like an online store please setup a membership system there. If your website is not look like a store then you can setup a simple subscription system to gram your visitor’s name and email addresses only. Try it, believe me, it’ll be your future ATM machine.

A nice blog with regular posts: Remember I have told you about contents, yes it is a part of your contents. A blog, because just don’t try to sell your own or affiliate products or services. Try to help your customers and visitors with valuable niche based information, suggestions and current updates. And with a blog you can do it easily. Most importantly, you have to post articles into your blog regularly. Regular means, it could be daily, weekly, 2 times in a week, monthly or any particular duration you can maintain but you have to maintain this regularity. By this way you can inspire your customers and visitors to come back to your website again and again. And it will impact on your search engine visibility and results.

Email Platform with Auto-Responder: I think this is another important part of any online business like membership or subscription systems. Membership or subscription systems will help to gram your visitor and customers name and email address and an email platform will help you to make a regular connection between you and your customers. By this way you can welcome your new member or subscriber, send them any special offer or inform them about your new blog post. I have seen and used lots of email platforms in my early days and finally I have got just two best platforms. AWeber and GetResponse. Now I am using GetResponse because they have multiple integrated systems to use like, landing page, auto-responder, A/B Tester. And Aweber is one of the most popular platforms to affiliate marketers; it’s very cost effective and useful. But personally I will suggest you to use GetResponse because it’s also cost effective and you will get a complete Email Marketing Solution for a single price.

Social Media Integration: I think this is one of the most valuable parts of any online businesses. Social media, whenever you will get your website done. Just start this process. Create all leading social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google+, etc.) accounts with your business or website name. Create your personal LinkedIn profile with your business information increase friend list and link all your social media accounts with your website. Share each and every blog posts and valuable contents with your friend on social media. This is really a good way to generate Free traffic flow to your website.

Traffic Acquisition Strategy with Action Plan and Budget: After all necessary things gathered into your website now it’s obvious you are trying to get more and more traffic to your website daily, right? That is traffic acquisition and for that you need a good strategic action plan and budget. Just ask yourself a few questions.

  • 1.How much I would like to pay for my monthly traffic?
  • 2.How many ways I know to drive traffic to my website for FREE?
  • 3.How fast I want to grow?
  • 4.How many traffic I want in each month?

Okay, you need to figure out your answers but here I am talking about my answers.

  • I would like to spend maximum $200 to $500 per month for traffic acquisition.
  • There have a few ways I know that can drive FREE traffic to my website, like social media, blogging, word of mouth, and press release.
  • I want to grow in next 12 months, no hurry.
  • Fast 3 months I want minimum 2K to 3K traffic, for next 6 months I want minimum 10K to 16K and in last 3 months I want at least 20K to 25K per month traffic on my website.

When you will figure out your own answers then you need to write down your steps like, First I will start with Social media, then I will start blogging and invite my niche related guest bloggers to write on my blog, and besides blogging and social media activities I will tell about my website to my friends and family. After starting all these steps I will buy traffic from Traffic sources.

That will be your kind of strategic action plan and budget. But don’t think this is it; here I am just trying to give you a bit hint. Maybe some other day I will discuss on it in detail.

Traffic Partner: This is the last and pretty much continues six or one year process. Actually you have to continue this process until you get your satisfactory number of subscription or members into your system. First you need to target, in a year how many subscriber or member I want into my system? It could be 100K or 1M any number. And a traffic partner or traffic source can help you to get your goal. There have lots of potential, reliable and effective traffic partners but you need to start with maximum 2 or 3 of them.

Here I am giving you a list of some best traffic partners I found. You can make your choice from them or if you already have some then go with them happily and let me know about them as well.

List of Traffic Partners or Sources:

I am sure there have lot more traffic sources are active and good you need to find them and select your best partners to walk with. My personal suggestion is, don’t put your money just for PPC (Pay Per Click) advertisement. If any traffic partner offer your search based or action based advertisement then you can go with them. Personally I prefer to work with action based advertisement. But sometimes search based is really good for website rank. If you get any partner who offer you really low price for PPC ad then you can try with them.

If you have all these things together into your online business system then definitely it's just matter of time to get your dream success in your life. I wish you will get it soon.
