Depends on what you are using to track on your website. If you are using Google Analytics then wait 24 hours and see what it says. If you are using something else to track it may not be tracking adwords traffic for whatever reason.

Also double check your link in adwords. Even a / in the wrong place will keep it from showing up in your traffic.
