Submitting your sitemap to Google - that easy!

Yesterday I submitted my sitemap to Google for the first time. First I thought, I have no clue how to do this, so it will probably take me a lot of time. But I figured it was worth it, since it is highly recommended for ranking in search engines. Then I made a quick search here at WA, and found this great training: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.co...

A four minute video, step by step. I followed it, and seconds later my sitemap was submitted to Google (and hopefully other search engines too). I checked it on my Google search console for webmasters and noticed it was confirmed.

How it was done? Piece of cake, you'll find "XML Sitemaps" under "Feature Manager" in your All in One SEO Pack. Click "Activate" and see for yourself :)

Hello, Asgeir, Your information is very helpful. Jay Neill also gave a webinar a couple of weeks ago about ranking in google for a blog post and he referenced "Fetch as Google". I followed his advice and am able to get me blog posts for www.howtomakemoneyinternetmarketing.com on the first page of Google. Each time I make a new blog and use that technique, I get a first page ranking for a few days. It includes submitting site maps for websites/blogs. Hope this helps. Cordially, David

Hello, David. Many thanks for your valuable information. I also watched the training that Jay Neill gave us. My blog/website is quite new, and you seem quite experienced. I would be very thankful if you would give some advice and some feedback on it, https://stockbargains.net. Thanks in advance. Wishing you all the best for your business and here at WA.
Asgeir.

Hello, Asgeir,
You've got a very well thought out website which explains value investing. I like it well enough I'm going to ask to receive your recommendations. A few years back, I put $5,000 into TD Ameritrade for penny stock gambling. I was ahead at $7,000 when I spent half my money on a stock that was going to explode when I thought gasoline was going to go to $5.00/gallon. Lost my shirt, literally,
Maybe your advice will be better. How are you going to monetize your site? Didn't see any PPC ads.
Wish you well and I'll check in on your website from time to time.
Cordially, David

Thank you so much for your review of my website, David. My excuses for a late response, I am on a summer's vacation these days you see. I am really glad to read your comment, because honestly I am a total newbie in writing blog posts and making a website on my own. I understand that you have made some experiences yourself in the stock market with trading, trying to predict price levels, and that's where most of us fail :) I'd be happy to give you my recommendations, which I will offer at stockbargains.net. How to monetize? Well, leads to Amazon from recommendations of value investing books, reviews of value investing screeners (affiliate partners), and most importantly, I hope offering a weekly updated top bargain portfolio only for paying members will be the foundation for monetizing in the future. So far, unfortunately I have no experience at all and no idea how to even set up what you talk about like PPC ads. But I guess WA is the right place to be for a person like me then? :)

Best regards,
Asgeir

Hello, Asgeir,
Yes Wa is the right place for people like us. We both have good ideas for building websites but the details of linking all the pieces of internet marketing create havoc in actually making money.
So, I keep going back to the courses WA offers. And repeating them. And trying not to be distracted by something new. You're on the right track. I will check your website and if a stock tip comes along, see if it looks like a good investment.
Good luck on your journey. Cordially, David

Great, it can be sometimes annoying if you have the wrong setting in all in one SEO
