I just finished reading a great book by the title of "Go For No: Yes Is The Destination, No Is How You Get There" It caused me to reconsider the way I see failure in my life. The point of the book was to show you that although often viewed as such, failure is not a bad thing.
Remember; you cannot fail if your not trying. Most of the successful people out there were complete failures along the way.
So if you find failure, keep pushing forward toward your goal. Don't dwell on your failure and let it consume you. You must control your emotions instead of them controlling you. Go crush it out there!
