Local IM Works!

I have been working away in my community for the last couple of years and in the last four months I have had more photos published and articles written in local newspapers about what I do than ever before. I have learnt the internet over the last two years by trial and error and believe you me there have been many an error and I expect I will do many more, learning Im is a daily practice. I have been following my passion and those that have chatted know, it's Art, creating, sharing and teaching art. I also have other sites that I chose topics I am interested in and market them.
I had an email out of the blue from a glossy magazine wanting to do an article feature about my work due to every time they put in search words or phrases into the internet it came up with me!!
I am blown away. i knew I had been putting the keywords tools to good use and writing good content. Marketing for my local venues and adding the value added. So local IM works to get you out there and in there!! So any of you out there that needs the answer, Yes it works but you have to put the work in!
Each month is getting better and better and thanks to WA I am able to learn and share the success.
