The top 5 Reasons Why I love Wealthy Affiliate

Sometimes, it comes with the territory. Certain industries are known to be shady. It's just the truth. I hate to admit it, but when I worked in the insurance industry, I have memories of witnessing questionable practices. I also spent some time in California in the auto industry selling new and used cars and also have lots of memories where things didn't seem always kosher. So its no surprise, when people walk into a car dealership, they come in holding their wallets and purses with a stronger than usual grip.

The make money online industry is really no different. It's also one of those industries with tales of people behind computers in Hong Kong, scheming innocent people from their lives savings. It's no surprise when the other day, as I was walking my little Chihuahua named Nelson around the block(we just moved to Cuenca, Ecuador less than a month ago) a friendly older grandpa starts small talk with me. When he asks what did I do for a living, I answered I worked online.....

He didn't say much, except mumbled something along the lines of "I never trusted you guys". Half joking, and half serious.

So the point is that there are lot of scams and shadiness going around online, I won't get into why that is the case, because its not what this writing is about. This article is about why I joined the Wealthy Affiliate Network and why I believe so much in it, after being burned in a few places here and there

So here are the top 5 reasons why I love wealthy affiliate.

1. This platform is the Harvard or the Stanford of Online Marketing/Affiliate marketing. Sure there are many places that claim to help you make thousands of dollars online. I know too well, because for about 6 months or so, I was desperately trying to find a legitimate option where I can learn how to make money online. I was coming across all kinds of different programs, online seminars, online business opportunities, you name it and I probably tried it. At the end of the day, I was purchasing all these things that I had no clue how to use. In other words, I wasted lots of time and money. Wealthy affiliate will show you how to build from the ground up, one virtual step at a time to a build website. But it doesn't stop there!

2. Wealthy affiliate will not make promises.

This honest approach was refreshing for me to hear. In other words, there are people using this platform that are making millions of dollars yearly, but it will not promise that you will be as well. But what it does do, it will provide you a structured learning ladder, that it will help you climb one step at a time. Think about that for a moment. You don't become a black belt overnight in Karate. It's a journey, and so is making money online.

3. Almost a million people can't be wrong!

When you go out to a restaurant what is the first thing you notice. If you guessed how busy it is, you are probably right. There is a reason why restaurants can be almost 100 percent completely empty, and still choose to sit 2 parties next to each other. It's to give the illusion of "busy and happening". You see, at a good restaurant, you will have lots of people and lots of energy. At a crappy restaurant, it most likely be total empty.

If Wealthy Affiliate was a restaurant, it would have lots of people eating in it. The food is that good! So, when you join, you are joining almost a million other members! Some make lots of money, others are just getting started and many are building new online businesses one class at a time! One thing is for sure, this place is real with real people having real amazing results!

4.What's your niche, or do you even have on yet?

Some come here with an idea already in mind. Some members have been in the affiliate marketing industry for a long time and are themselves experts, however there is always something new to learn. If you are not sure which niche to get into, don't worry, there are classes for that too! Everything is constantly changing. This makes the make money online industry very exciting. Technology is moving so fast that what Wealthy affiliate members enjoy is a plethora of information that includes the latest plugins, online services, autoresponders,etc..and its virtually impossible to keep up unless you belong to a community of other online entrepreneurs wanting to succeed just like you do. Oh yea, that brings me to my number 5 reason why I love Wealthy Affiliate.

5. The community is what makes this place special.

People are actually more than willing to help out. It's pretty amazing. Whether you are totally new and don't know what a plugin is, or what is wordpress or even how to turn your computer on or if you are a seasoned affiliate marketer, this place has folks that will help just about anyone with anything. I know because I have both recveived help, and like to pay it forward whenever I can. I guess one of the most impressive things about wealthy affiliate is that, the founders are still very much involved with the community. It blows my mind that Kyle and Carson can be seeing daily answering questions, welcoming people onboard and giving out tips thru blogs and articles. If that does not say about how incredible this place is, then I don't know what would!

If you are thinking about joining this amazing online community, I highly recommed you to give it a shot. You have nothing to lose but so much to gain! And you will not be alone. From day one you will have all the support and encouragment form your fellow members. Remember, almost a million people can't be wrong.
