i found the exiting form another member left a bad taste in their mouth - not very good .

Hi Anthony, I assume you've purchased your own domain and transferred your website to it. Did you try to log onto your old siterubix site by mistake? Don't laugh, I've done that. In the interest of safety, I agree with Ali, contact site support. It's better to be safe than sorry.
