The Road So Far.

It has been about a week since I started working through the training and on my blog. I have gone premium (yeah!) and own my own domain (Double yeah!) and have posted 4 blog posts. On the down side I am doing this while looking for a full time job, which means I have a lot of time but it is broken up by phone calls and interviews.
So lets talk about the Platform.........
Very well done, easy to navigate and very intuitive. I am very impressed with the amount of work done on it. It made getting back into setting a blog easy, and so far the training has been very helpful.
So lets talk about the training..........
I am now on Level 2 Lesson 10 and for the most part the training has led me in the right direction. I am following step by step and working through the training so I can learn more about WA and how affiliate marketing is done. I only have a few observations that need to be addressed.
1) Level 1 Lesson 5 has a task to activate the SEO widget but there is no steps on how to do this either in the video nor in the text (Check twice just to make sure) it is briefly talked about in the next lesson (Lesson 6).
2) Level 2 Lesson 5 we are tasked to review 2 websites and submit 1 website for review through the site review tool. It has been 3 days now and there have been no websites to review. I have sneaky suspicion that it is due to the lack of credits on us newbie's part to submit a site for review.
3)Most of the video in training show step by step on how to do different things (this is great), the platform they are going through does not look like anything we have currently (this is confusioning)
I do have some solutions for the observation, I do not believe bring something up without offering a solution to it.
1) Add some text with steps of going into the widgets and clicking the activate button to Level 2 Lesson 10
2) Make the first website submission free (or add 2 credits for this purpose only) that way you do not run into a 0 websites to review instance. This could need a complete overhaul depending on what it was originally intended.
3) Make a list of all the videos posted, and verify that they up to date.(Generally on the back end you can see submission dates, just make sure the submission dates are past the last platform date)
Other than those items, the training has been awesome. I am learning a lot and plan to continue through until the end and then find some more.
So lets talk about the people.................................
What can I say, the WA community has been awesome! Every time I ask a question I get 4 to 5 different answers. Any time a request is made we all jump and see if we can help. I have found that community makes me want to join in and help just because the attitudes are so excellent.

Awesome job. I think the lesson is a transcription of the video so theres that. There are sites to review. U just have to hit it at the right time. Congrats on your progress! Paula
