My personal goals for the next: 10, 30, 180 & 365 days.
I decided to do them here as to put more responsibility into them.
10 days - To do meditation at least once every day for 20 minutes
30 days - Be doing reglar exercise (at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes)
180 days - Start clinical psychology at college
365 days - Be down to 18 % fat percentage of body weight
