First Day Of 21 Days Of Diet Program

This is my first day on my journey to become slimmer. One of my top 10 resolution for this year. I did my research and settle for this one. I wouldn't tell you the diet program yet because I want to put my effort and make sure that this really works before I share it with people. Consider myself as a guinea pig for all of you.

I started the day with first meal of the day.

Breakfast:

1 sausage
2 sunny side up eggs
3 slices of cucumber
3 spoons of baked beans

food rating : OK

Then at noon.

Lunch:

1 piece of chicken
half plate of vegetables

food rating : OK

Last meat of the day.

Dinner:

1 big piece of chicken (marinated with herbs and roasted)
1 bowl of salads + tomatoes + grated parmesan cheese + olive oil + lime + black pepper

food rating : Great.

Conclusion for the day:

It felt good by eating healthy. And to my surprise, I've lost 1 kg. Sleeping with all smiles
