Sometimes I go to the analysis and see that the paid clicks area varies a lot. I didn't pay for the clicks, but I get paid clicks. Can someone explain to me what is happening?<
Can you please clarify which analysis? and paid clicks? and if you may please, thank you :) Not sure I understand.
I installed the SiteKit plugin and I can see the progress of my site. And there I see an area called "paid search" and I don't know why it appeared because I didn't pay anything.
I don't use Site Kit, but I would log in to GSC and GA and find my stats there vs. a plugin installed on your website.

You can click the magnifying glass at the top and simply type in product reviews where you will find many types here are just four found there along with the ones you have already been given.
