Appreciate Something - If you are feeling grumpy or lonely or down, find something-anything-to appreciate. Look outside and see the beautiful clouds, stars, flowers. Listen to the birds as they sing to you. When you are appreciating something, you are allowing well-being. When you are yelling at someone, feeling insecure, frustrated, you are not. So, move from that place to a place of appreciation and watch everything around you do the same.
