How to upload plugins to wp-contentplugins folder?
I'm trying to upload a plugin to /wp-content/plugins/ folder and activate it from the wordpress admin panel. Would someone walk me through on how to do it? Thanks a lot.

Hi
The majority of plugins can be installed directly via the Wordpress admin panel. However if you do want/need to install it manually. see here
If plugin file was called myplugin.zip
1. Unzip the plugin to a folder on your pc
You should now have a folder called "myplugin"
2. Check inside the folder in case there are any particular installation
instructions.
3. Upload/FTP the whole unzipped folder "myplugin" to your
/wp-content /plugins directory
4. Go into your Wordpress dashboard and review plugins.
Your plugin should be listed now.
5. Activate it!
If you can though just install it via the Wordpress dashboard which is a much safer bet.
1. Go to Dashboard,appearance,plugins
2. Add new
3. Upload plugin
4. Browse and select your "myplugin.zip" file DO NOT UNZIP THIS
FILE when installing via the admin panel
5 Install
6. Activate
Done
